inviewr ("we", "our", "the Service") is an inspection management platform operated by Qapin.com. The platform allows inspection companies to schedule inspections, manage inspectors, track reports, generate invoices, and communicate with clients.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the inviewr platform, including our web application at app.inviewr.com, our desktop applications, and any related services.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent.
Account accuracy. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during signup and to keep it up to date. Each organisation must create one account; creating duplicate accounts to circumvent usage limits is prohibited.
Account security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@inviewr.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
SSO. If you connect Google or Microsoft sign-in, you agree to their respective terms. We only use SSO to authenticate your identity — we do not access your emails or files without explicit permission.
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full platform access including AI features. No credit card is required to start a trial.
After the trial period ends, access to paid features will be restricted unless you subscribe to a paid plan. Your data is retained for 90 days after a trial expires before permanent deletion.
Plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Plan details, pricing, and features are described on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.
Payment. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. You retain access until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
Failed payments. If a payment fails, we will retry for up to 14 days. If payment is not resolved, your account will be suspended. Your data is retained for 90 days after suspension.

Ownership. You retain full ownership of all data you upload to inviewr, including inspection schedules, reports, documents, and client information.
Licence to us. By uploading content, you grant inviewr a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you.
Data export. You may export your data at any time from the platform. Upon account termination, we will make your data available for export for 30 days.
AI processing. If you use AI features (NOI auto-fill, email draft generation), document content is sent to our AI provider for processing. We do not use your documents to train AI models.
We treat your inspection data, client names, and business information as confidential. We do not share, sell, or disclose your data to third parties except as required to provide the Service (e.g. cloud hosting, payment processing) or as required by law.
Our sub-processors include: Vercel (hosting), Neon / PostgreSQL (database), Stripe (payments), Microsoft Azure (AI services). All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements.
The inviewr platform, including its design, code, branding, and features, is owned by Qapin.com and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property.
The inviewr name, logo, and "Inspection Scheduler" marks are trademarks of Qapin.com. You may not use them without written permission.
We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime excluding scheduled maintenance. We will provide at least 24 hours' notice of planned downtime. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses resulting from outages.
Support is available via email at support@inviewr.com. Pro and Enterprise plan holders receive priority support with a target response time of 4 business hours.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, inviewr and Qapin.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
inviewr is a management and workflow tool. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or outcome of inspection work performed by inspectors using the platform.
You may close your account at any time from Settings → Account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in fraudulent activity.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections 6, 8, 10, and 11 survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email and in-app notification at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Qapin.com is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your country.
